Aleeyah Sanders
Aleeyah Sanders is the Co-Founder, Chairperson, and Executive Director of Let’s Rebuild Tuskegee, a nonprofit she helped start in 2017 to support community revitalization in Tuskegee, Alabama. She began real estate investing as a student at Tuskegee University in 2016. Now a licensed General Contractor and founder of Dream Build Development, Aleeyah focuses on sustainable, community-driven development and rebuilding historically Black communities.

Jazlyn Fuller
Jazlyn Fuller is the Co-Founder and Vice President. She has over 12 years of experience in media and technology and currently works as a Senior Web Developer. Throughout her career, she has built a strong background in digital development, innovation, and problem-solving. Jazlyn is passionate about using technology and media as tools to support community growth, create opportunities, and help drive meaningful development.

Norma “Iyabode” Jackson
Norma Jackson is a proud native of Tuskegee, Alabama, and a 1989 alumna of Tuskegee University. She is a retired teacher and a dedicated steward in the community with a strong passion for preserving the history and legacy of Tuskegee, Alabama. Norma has served on the City Council and has been the Chair of several community organizations, continuing to play an active role in supporting and strengthening the community.
Kyle Henry
Kyle Henry focuses on neighborhood restoration and affordable housing financing. His work centers on revitalizing communities through strategic development, housing investment, and sustainable redevelopment efforts. Kyle is passionate about creating pathways to affordable homeownership and supporting projects that strengthen neighborhoods, increase housing access, and promote long-term community growth

Dr. Robert Hunt
Dr. Rogers Hunt III is an Associate Professor and Department Head of Construction Science and Management at Tuskegee University. A Tuskegee University alumnus, he holds an Ed.S. and a Master of Engineering and brings extensive experience in construction management, engineering education, and workforce development. His work focuses on preparing students for careers in the construction industry through experiential learning, internships, and professional training. Dr. Hunt is committed to advancing construction education and supporting student success in the built environment and construction professions.

Ian Evans
Ian Evans is a proud alumnus of Tuskegee University and an active supporter of the Tuskegee alumni community in Southern California. He has over two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and brand development, with a focus on storytelling, community engagement, and strategic outreach. Ian is a dedicated stakeholder in the Southern California Tuskegee Alumni Club, where he helps promote alumni engagement and support for future generations, remaining deeply committed to the legacy and growth of Tuskegee University.
